Virgin telco had signed an agreement with Orange for the national expansion of the Euskaltel Group. “Euskaltel informs that it has signed an Agreement with Telefónica de España, S.A.U. for the provision of the NEBA fiber wholesale service (NEBA FTTH) in areas exempt from the wholesale fiber optic regulation of the Telefónica network.
