Since the first hour of this morning the Feedly website is presenting some loading problems. The popular RSS news reader has stopped working in part of the world, including Spain and some states in the United States such as Dallas or Massachusetts. These issues are also carried over to the Feedly mobile app, the content of which is unable to display correctly. Although the problems began to appear from 8:00 in the morning, the truth is that Feedly does not work at the time of this writing.

The company has recently confirmed on its official Twitter account that the problems with the web and the application are due to maintenance of some of their servers.

The statement in question reads as follows:

“We are sorry for the interruption of the Feedly service, there is maintenance on some of our servers and everything should be back to normal soon. We will keep you informed. ”

Unfortunately the company has not given details about service restoration in areas where the application is unable to connect. Yes, it has stated that the service will be available again very soon, although we do not know the company’s performance times in these cases. A workaround to regain access to Feedly for by use a VPN application that allows us to emulate our location in any other country where the web works correctly. According to the Downdetector.com website, the drop is limited to some countries in Europe and certain areas of the United States. We can also use free proxies or an alternative to the application to stay on top of the news.
