Although it was last year, when OPPO unveiled the first batch of OPPO Reno, the company has already released its fourth generation. The OPPO Reno4 and OPPO Reno4 Pro were officially presented at the beginning of last June. Now, the company is preparing the international launch of both devices, and we have just discovered by surprise, that at least the OPPO Reno4 Pro will have an important difference regarding his Chinese brother.
From the beginning of 2019 until now we have seen the birth of the OPPO Reno, OPPO Reno2, OPPO Reno3 and OPPO Reno4. May the Chinese company has set a new record in the launch of generations. Now we know that the firm plans present the global version of the OPPO Reno4 in an official launch that will take place on July 31 in India.
Images leaked before launch
The funny thing is that the PlayFulDroid media has had access to some exclusive press images of the terminal, before it is presented. The big surprise we took when we verified that the OPPO Reno4 Pro, It has one more sensor than the Chinese variant. That is, while the device we met in early June had three rear sensors, this version sports four rear cameras, also arranged vertically, and with an LED flash that accompanies the first sensor to the right at the top.
Change in the cameras
Although the data from these rear cameras has not been disclosed, the source of the leak indicates that the main camera could be the same 48 megapixel sensor as Reno4 presented in China. The other three cameras could be a wide-angle lens, a telephoto lens, and a depth or macro sensor. Recall that the original model, in addition to the aforementioned 48 megapixel sensor, sports a 12 megapixel telephoto lens and a 13 megapixel wide angle. Similarly, we see how the selfie sensor is maintained, located in a hole in the screen.
However, there seems to be another significant change in this new version of the OPPO Reno4 Pro. According to leaks, this global version would arrive with the Snapdragon 720G, instead of the Snapdragon 765G from his Chinese brother. The rest of the technical specifications are expected to remain unchanged, including a 4,000 mAh battery with 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 charging technology. As we say, we will answer questions next Friday, July 31, the date on which the Reno4 will be presented in India.
