A leaked press render has finally allowed us to see the design of the Galaxy Fold 2, the next flexible smartphone from Samsung, whose presentation will take place next August 5 jointly with the Galaxy Note 20 family.
In the attached image we can see, despite the low quality it presents, that the South Korean company going to keep the original model line. This is noticeable both in the rounded edges and in the finishes that it presents at a general level. However, this does not mean that the Galaxy Fold 2 is not going to bring major changes, in fact in that same image we see two great novelties.
The first one we have on the external screen, which occupies a large amount of space and presents an “all screen” finish. This fits in with rumors that the Galaxy Fold 2 will use a 6.23-inch exterior display, a significant leap from the 4.3-inch display used by the first-generation model.
Secondly we find a huge rectangular island at the back where there is a configuration of three cameras that could be very similar to the one that the Galaxy Note 20 series will use. And speaking of the Galaxy Note 20, other press renders have also been leaked in which we can see the design of the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, the Galaxy Buds Live and Galaxy Watch 3.
Although the size and sharpness of the filtered press grids is quite poor, the truth is that everything we see fits perfectly with previous leaks and rumors, so they have a clear value. We can make it clear that the “Unpacked” event on August 5 will be starring the Galaxy Note 20 and the Galaxy Fold 2, and that Samsung will also take the opportunity to present its new wireless headphones and its new smart watch.
