further lowering the price

Samsung is fighting against Chinese brands in countries like Europe but it is in India where the battle is fiercest due to the need to offer good products at very low prices. To do this, it created the Galaxy M range a while ago, and we even saw it in Spain, but in 2020 we saw how very low-priced terminals are included in this category.

A few months ago the company announced the Galaxy M01 and soon after the M01s, a variant with slightly more power and a larger screen diagonal. Today the company has announced the third member of this already numerous family, the Samsung Galaxy M01 Core.

Although it uses Android Go, it also implements an interface created by Samsung specially designed for users in India who access their first smartphone. Is called ‘Make for India’ UX.

Price and availability

Given the focus of this device it is very strange that it comes from India and we can buy it in other markets such as Spain. There the price is 6499 Indian rupees, the equivalent of about € 75 in exchange, for the 2GB RAM model. The 1 GB one costs 5499 rupees, about 63 euros.
