Just in time for the start of the 2020 F1 season last Sunday, Formula 1 fans can now get their hands on the latest title in this Sim racing series. Unlike the current F1 season, this title will include the full racing calendar as well as some additional features that fans are sure to love.
With this issue you can celebrate the life and F1 career of the legendary Michael Schumacher – a name that stands for Formula 1. With a Formula One career spanning more than 20 years, Schumacher achieved everything and won several world championships with Benetton before moving on to a period of Ferrari dominance that increased his record to seven. Schumacher ended his career with one last assignment at Mercedes, who continued to develop the team on his return to Formula 1 before retiring for the second time in 2012.
What awaits you in the Deluxe Schumacher Edition
Although F1 2020 will not be officially released until July 10th, one of the main advantages of picking up the Schumacher edition is that you can play the game early. You will also receive a 10% discount on the price of the Deluxe Schumacher Edition if you already have the F1 2019, which is ideal for returning fans.
When you pick up the Schumacher Edition, you have the opportunity to drive some of Schumacher’s most notable cars, including:
- 1991 Jordan 191
- 1994 Benetton B194
- 1995 Benetton B195
- 2000 Ferrari F1-2000
This is the first time these cars have appeared in the game, making it a great time for fans to get behind the wheel of the two Benettons who helped Schumacher seal his first two championships. Another treat for fans is the 2000 Ferrari F1-2000, which brought Schumacher his first championship in red and Ferrari’s first title since 1979.
Other features of this issue include some unique Schumacher-inspired car paints for multiplayer, a Michael Schumacher in-game model, racing suits, helmet designs and animations for podium celebrations.

What’s new in the F1 2020?
The latest development of the Formula 1 Sim racing franchise will bring many great features and quality of life improvements. One of the biggest additions to the game are two new tracks that we can’t see in the Real World series this year – a brand new Hanoi Circuit and the return to Zandvoort in the Netherlands.
There is also a massive focus on careers where players can build their own team from scratch for the first time. You can hire drivers, upgrade your cars, sponsor and compete with the best drivers in the world.
If you don’t grab the Deluxe Schumacher Edition, you still have the option to drive some retro cars. In the past, there was a small list of vintage cars in the F1 games, some of which served as pre-order benefits.
This year, 16 classic cars are offered in the base game, all of which have their own driving style, appearance and history.
