Intermediate certificate: claim, wording, final formula – what you need to know

An employee does not have to wait until the employment relationship ends to have his work performance assessed. In addition to the “final job reference” there is also the “intermediate reference”. As the name suggests, the “final certificate” can only be claimed when the employment relationship ends. Sometimes, however, it is important for the employee to receive an interim assessment of their work performance, for example when trying to find a new job.
