Loewe TVs: new look, new technology

The TV set manufacturer has given its Bild 3 models an optical and performance-related makeover and is now presenting the results.

Visually, Loewe uses a restrained look in black and basalt gray in the picture 3 models. The rear wall has a magnetic cable cover with “intelligent cable management” and, due to an improved functional design, is intended to offer new installation solutions for all of the TV sets, even outdoors.

Technical Equipment

In addition to the external changes, the Loewe fig. 3.43 and fig. 3.49 should also offer new technology on the inside. The LCD panels specially developed for Loewe come with Ultra HD resolution (3,840 x 2,160 pixels), an LED backlight and motion optimization. In combination, Loewe wants to guarantee razor-sharp images, detailed contrasts and high color brilliance with these technologies. Even with fast action scenes, such as in sports broadcasts or Hollywood blockbusters, “realistically” calculated intermediate images should ensure smooth, smooth displays and smooth transitions at all times. This is to be made possible by the new technical platform and the SX8 Quad Core processor in the heart of the updated bild 3 models. Supported by an integrated graphics chip, a balanced image performance should be realized.

Sophisticated technology is hidden behind the minimalist design of the OLED models. Deepest black levels, rich contrasts and a wide viewing angle ensure the best cinema experience at home. The panel from the latest 2020 OLED generation supports the three most important HDR standards with HDR10, HLG and Dolby Vision. In addition to DNLA servers, recording options via USB, instant channel zapping for shorter switching times and two CI + slots, the Loewe models also offer integrated control via Amazon Alexa or Bluetooth music streaming.

Whole new tones

The front-facing speaker system in the form of a sound bar is integrated below the display and covered with new acoustic material in the color basalt gray. It produces 40 watts twice and is supposed to provide a rich, voluminous sound with an additional bass reflex tube. Mimi Defined is also intended to enable the adaptation of the sound to the individual hearing profile of the user. Both models are also compatible with the optionally available Loewe Klang 1 home cinema speaker system.
