According to the software group, the update block will not be released until mid-August. The company also advises affected customers not to update their systems manually using the Media Creation Tool.
Microsoft will also appear to release another block shortly. According to the Windows version information, Nvidia has resolved an issue with incompatible graphics drivers. Drivers before version 358.00 are affected. Here, too, Microsoft advises against manually switching to the 2004 version.
However, some users are still waiting in vain for the latest feature update. Among other things, they use certain audio drivers from Conexant and Synaptics. Microsoft also continues to have problems with the Storage Spaces function. This also applies to the aksfridge.sys or aksdf.sys drivers. In addition, certain “unsupported settings” block the update.
The fixes in question for Bluetooth in Intel graphics chips can also be found in the current cumulative update for Windows 10 version 2004, which has been distributed since the end of last week. KB4568831 corrects other bugs that occur, among other things, with network printers and cellular connections.
