Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER: Turing graphics card as cheap as it hasn’t been for a long time
Good offers for graphics cards have been in short supply lately. In the past few weeks, the prices of the graphics accelerators have even risen slightly in most cases – real bargains had to be looked for with a magnifying glass.
It is all the better that Amazon has an interesting deal for an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER in stock. The shipping giant offers a compact custom model of the graphics card at a price of 219.99 euros – you won’t find a new GTX 1660 SUPER anywhere else like this.
The only downside: Amazon does not currently have the card in stock. After the purchase, you sometimes have to be patient until the graphics card is delivered to you. After all, Amazon only withdraws the money when the GPU is sent.

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER: Who is it worth buying?
For a price of around 220 euros, the GTX 1660 SUPER offers decent performance for the money. If you want to play in Full HD, you can turn all settings to the limit without having to worry about a too low frame rate. In almost all games, 60 FPS should be achieved without any problems.
The card is also worth a look for streaming and YouTube beginners. Thanks to the potent NVENC video encoder, which all Turing cards can use, the streamed or recorded image looks good without having to use the resources of the processor. So your frame rate should remain fairly stable even while recording or streaming.
The offered Inno3D custom model is one of the compact variants of the GTX 1660 SUPER. Both height and width are small, so that the card can be easily accommodated in a small housing. There is not much potential for overclocking due to the individual axial fan. The volume of the graphics card will also increase significantly under load – but if you play with headphones anyway, you shouldn’t have a problem with that. All in all, this model is clearly a “good and affordable” variant of the GTX 1660 SUPER, which boasts a good price-performance ratio.
If you don’t care about features like NVENC or G-Sync and the low power consumption, you can also choose the RX 580 or RX 590 instead. These are again a few euros cheaper than the GTX 1660 SUPER and also offer a very good price-performance ratio for playing in full HD resolution.
