We are sure that Cyberpunk will be one of the biggest games of the year. With The Witcher, the developer CD Projekt Red has increased the scope and ambitions of the series with every game, and we hope that this will continue with Cyberpunk 2077. What we have seen of the game so far has certainly impressed us. We have already heard that these ray tracing effects would make it into the game, but these new screenshots show them brilliantly and how they will actually look in the game. CD Projekt Red is working with Nvidia on this game, where a variety of exclusive Nvidia effects have been implemented that use the RTX cores in top-class Nvidia GPUs for ray tracing and other advanced graphic effects. We have heard Nvidia talk a little bit about these effects, but now they are showing us some new screenshots of them in action.
You need an Nvidia GPU to play the game with effects enabled, and it must be an RTX car. Fortunately, the prices of some of these cards have dropped. Here you can find the complete system requirements for Cyberpunk.
It’s really an eye catcher, with reflections and shadows that look extremely detailed. Surfaces glitter and shine on different levels, depending on what they are made of, and the use of lighting in different colors, depending on the scene, sets the tone.
Cyberpunk 2077 is now set for November 19, but has already been delayed, so it is possible that this date will shift again.
