Pay-TV provider Sky has further modified its streaming offer and is now offering films and series in one package for the first time. The new “Entertainment & Cinema Ticket” brings together the previously individually bookable offers “Entertainment Ticket” and “Cinema Ticket” “and is therefore directly comparable in content to streaming services such as Netflix or Prime Video,” Sky said on Tuesday. The new offer therefore costs 14.99 euros per month.

The package includes Sky Originals as well as HBO series. In addition, there are current cinema films that are available from Sky just a few months after the cinema release. At the start of the “Entertainment & Cinema Tickets”, there will be some new products: series such as “Gangs of London” (from July 23), “Perry Mason”, “Rick & Morty” and “Westworld” and films such as “ The Fall Collini ”and“ Everest: A Yeti wants to go high ”.

Sky has announced several other changes in the past few weeks. These include the extension of the Bundesliga contract, new deals with the film distributors Tobis, Constantin Film and Sony Pictures as well as the fact that Formula 1 will be shown exclusively and live on Sky from 2021.
