The next outpouring from the RTL love cave is already in the starting blocks: In the fourth season of the interactive dating show, the candidates have a chance to “hot flirt and true love”.
So that the summer in front of the TV doesn’t get boring, RTL Zwei puts the next trashy love format in front of the lens. On August 31, “Love Island – Hot Flirts and True Love” goes into its fourth season. In a luxury villa on Mallorca, a bunch of singles can look for the happiness of love again – but RTL Zwei knows how to put obstacles in their way: New singles arrive regularly and cause jealousy and confusion of love. The goal of the candidates is to find a partner – this is the only way they have a chance to win the show. If you stay single, you have to leave the villa. Of course this is about love and not just about money.
However, “Love Island” is not just a dating show to watch: viewers can use the interactive “Love Island” app to join the action and thus actively shape the course of the program by voting. In the end it is the viewers who decide which couple will win the final of “Love Island 2020” and take home 50,000 euros.
The fourth season “Love Island – hot flirts and true love” starts on Monday, August 31st at 8.15pm and runs from September 1st every Monday to Friday and Sunday at 10.15pm on RTL Zwei. Also this year, presenter Jana Ina Zarrella will guide the dating show. The episodes are available free of charge on TVNow for seven days after the broadcast – afterwards in the premium area.
