Same design with notable new features on the screen
So is. To maintain the hallmark of the previous generation, Samsung has opted for a design virtually identical to that of the Galaxy Tab S6, with symmetrical frames around the screen and a diagonal that now grows to 11 and 12.5 inches.
Speaking of screens, the company has installed two different types of panels. While the 11-inch model has an IPS screen with WQXGA resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 has a screen with technology Super AMOLED and WQXGA + resolution. Both have the same refresh rate (120 Hz). They also share a ratio, which in this case is based on the 16:10 ratio.
The rest of the aspects of the two tablets are very similar to those of the 2019 model: four AKG-signed speakers, in-display fingerprint sensor, integrated stylus, compatibility with Dolby Atmos, etc.
Technical section: the latest in the latest technology
Following the trend of the Galaxy Tab S6, the South Korean manufacturer has installed the latest of the latest in processor technology. The two models drink from Snapdragon 865+ processor created by Qualcomm. They also share memory configurations, with two options of 6 and 8 GB of RAM memory along with 128 and 256 GB of expandable internal storage via micro SD cards.
Along with this tandem of specifications we find the most advanced connection sheet that can be found on a tablet at the time of writing these lines. WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS compatible with Glonass, Galileo and Beidou … The icing on the cake is the compatibility with Next generation 5G NSA and SA networks.
Another improvement that we find compared to the Galaxy Tab S6 is found in the battery capacity and charging technology. Specifically, the new generation uses two modules of 8,000 and 10,090 mAh respectively. Both have a fast charging system of no less than 45 W, charging that is supplied through the USB type C 3.1 port that they integrate. The latter, in addition, is compatible with samsung dex, the Samsung software function that allows you to connect the tablet to a monitor to convert the interface into that of a computer.
No notable differences in the photographic section
If we talk about the photographic section, the improvements over the previous generation are practically non-existent. In summary, the two tablets are supported by two 13 and 5 megapixel rear cameras. While the first camera acts as the main sensor, the backup camera uses a wide-angle lens to give the photographic tandem more versatility.
This is what it costs to repair the screen of the Samsung Galaxy S20, S20 + and S20 Ultra
As a highlight, the main camera is capable of record video in 4K resolution at 30 FPS. If we focus on the front, both devices use the same 8 megapixel camera. This, in turn, is compatible with Samsung’s native face unlocking system.
Price and availability of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 and S7 + in Spain
Samsung has not disclosed the roadmap of the new generation in Spain. For now, it is known that the two models will start from 800 and 900 euros respectively In its most basic version with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage.
