We present current series highlights at Sky – in addition to well-known long-running hits, we also dare to take a look at upcoming new releases. “Gangs of London” will be Gareth Evans’ home cinema experience.
In London, one of the world’s most dynamic and multicultural cities, power struggles between international gangs threaten to escalate after the murder of gang boss Finn Wallace (Colm Meaney). These gangs have been controlling the city for years and have divided it up among themselves.
But now a real gang war threatens to break out in the English capital. The Wallaces seem to be surrounded by rivals everywhere, especially since no one knows who carried out the attack. It is now up to the young Sean Wallace (Joe Cole) to stand up for his father. He looks for allies in the Dumani family and also apparently finds support in the mysterious loser Elliot Finch. He is remarkably interested in the Wallace family. A short time later, Elliot finds himself in the interior of the largest criminal organization in London.
Sky’s in-house production “Gangs of London” is scheduled to start in summer / autumn 2020.
