Sky Series Guide: "Hausen" – Mysterious being in the skyscraper

We present current series highlights at Sky – in addition to well-known long-running favorites, we also take a look at upcoming new releases. In “Hausen”, an evil being is up to mischief in the walls of a high-rise building.

After the death of his mother, 16-year-old Juri (Tristan Göbel) and his father Jaschek (Charly Hübner) move to a dilapidated prefabricated building on the outskirts of the city.

As the father tries to build a new existence for himself and his son as the janitor of the building, which is prone to malfunction, Juri gradually realizes that something else has gone unnoticed by the residents in the dark corridors: an evil being that has penetrated the dilapidated structure and has for decades transformed the entire block into an organism that creepingly digests people’s souls.

To fight it, Juri has to persuade the hostile bloc to cooperate – even if he has to rebel against his father’s stoic regime, whose spirit is already under the destructive spell of the being.

The director is Thomas Stuber, Till Kleinert and Anna Stoeva act as head writers, Marco Mehlitz is a producer for Lago Film. Sky is Executive Producer by Quirin Schmidt. The series is scheduled to air in the fall of this year. Hausen will also be available linearly and on demand at Sky.
