Sony WH-1000XM4, now with motion detection and better noise cancellation

Sony has just announced the launch of the new Sony WH-1000XM4, the fourth generation of noise canceling wireless headband headphones from the manufacturer’s 1000X family. This latest model offers some improvements over its predecessors, the Sony WH-1000XM3, such as additional smart features, improvements in noise cancellation, motion detection, and slight design-level changes. According to Sony, the new WH-1000XM4 headphones feature an even more efficient noise cancellation system than last year. They have two microphones in each earpiece and with the Dual Noise Sensor technology, which captures ambient noise and passes the data to the QN1 processor.

The WH-1000XM4 have a new Bluetooth Audio SoC (System on Chip) circuit It detects noise more than 700 times per second. Using a new algorithm, the QN1 processor applies noise cancellation processing in real time.
