One of the last Huawei mobiles that came integrating Google services and applications as standard was the Huawei Nova 5T that we were able to test in the fall of last year. Shortly after that analysis, the company began to update the terminal to Android 10, since it came standard with Android 9.
Now the company is launching a new update that puts this terminal on a par with much newer models by integrating EMUI 10.1.
EMUI 10.1 arrives at the Huawei Nova 5T
The update is being shipped to various markets and has begun downloading in regions of the Middle East. The version of EMUI 10.1 is 10.1.0.226 and the download is about 4.70 GB.
This update will maintain the services and applications of Google and will make this model one of the few, if not the only one, that has the applications of the American company and that has also been updated to EMUI 10.1.
What’s new includes new themes, advanced multitasking with the ability to open floating windows, the new voice assistant called Celia and more.
Of course, before carrying out the update we recommend that you make a backup copy of the data that you do not have backed up in the cloud and that you have the mobile with an acceptable battery charge. Normally 50% is more than enough.
