Huawei has managed to become one of the main manufacturers of smart watches, offering very competitive equipment in Spain at fairly good prices.

However, these Huawei watches are still not as competitive as expected from what in recent months would have become the world’s largest manufacturer. However, it seems to be a matter of time for the Chinese manufacturer to fix one of its main shortcomings.

Today there are many options for smart devices for your wrist, from the ultra-cheap Xiaomi Mi Band to the exclusive Apple Watch (for price and for being compatible only with iPhone). Within each category we have a series of criteria in which to assess the quality of a smart watch.

If we had to value a watch for its capabilities, there would be 5 aspects to highlight: design, battery, sports tracking, voice assistant and mobile payments. Huawei watches have already achieved excellence in the first three, but they still have two pending subjects to be able to aspire to offer the best possible watch.

Huawei already confirmed that in the coming months it would bring Celia, the virtual assistant that they presented with the P40 and P40 Pro to their smart watches. But what will be the first watch to receive it?

One of the best candidates is the Huawei Watch GT2 and GT2e, the latest Huawei watches that have an integrated microphone and speaker, although it is expected that if it is launched on the market it will be done through a new device.

Huawei has registered two new smart watches known as the Huawei Watch GT2 Pro and Honor Watch GS Pro, watches that start as the main candidates to include Celia as a major novelty.

At this time we do not know their presentation dates, but it is expected that we will meet the first one during the presentation event of the Mate 40, while the Honor watch arrives next to the V40.
