Trump impersonator Sarah Cooper gets her own Netflix show

She has appeared on “The Ellen Show” and as a guest presenter on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on. Now Trump impersonator Sarah Cooper is supposed to get her very own show on Netflix.

She became known with imitations of US President Donald Trump, and now Brooklyn-based comedian Sarah Cooper is getting her own Netflix special: “Sarah Cooper: Everything’s Fine”. The streaming service announced on Wednesday.

The 42-year-old became famous above all on TikTok: In short videos, she mimicked Donald Trump’s facial expressions and gestures and synchronized him. For example, there is Trump’s statement that the virus should be fought with light radiation and disinfectants.

Actress Natasha Lyonne, who is already known as the creator of the Netflix series “Matryoshka”, will direct. Lyonne will also produce the show with producer Danielle Renfrew Behrens and actress Maya Rudolph. What exactly it should be about is not yet known. However, politics should play a big role in the new Netflix special.

The new show of the Trump parodist “Sarah Cooper: Everything’s Fine” should appear on Netflix in September.
